Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the TIXIAN platform provided by KATEOS (hereinafter “TIXIAN”).

1. Purpose

The TIXIAN platform enables the automation of trading orders via the integration of external alerts (TradingView), communication with platforms such as MetaTrader 5 (MT5) through a dedicated bot, and the statistical monitoring of trading accounts.

TIXIAN does not manage funds, does not execute orders on behalf of third parties and does not provide any investment advice.

2. Definitions

• Platform: all TIXIAN services accessible via tixian.fr.
• User: any person using the platform.
• Subscription: paid plan giving access to TIXIAN premium features.
• TIXIAN Bot: software enabling communication with MT5.

3. Access to the service

Access to the service requires an Internet connection, compatible equipment and a user account.

4. Account creation

The User must provide accurate and up-to-date information. They are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are payable online via Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros.

6. Automatic renewal

At subscription, automatic renewal can be enabled. The User may disable it at any time from their client area.

In the event of a payment failure during automatic renewal, access to the service may be suspended.

7. Risk warning

Trading carries a high risk of loss. TIXIAN does not provide any recommendations or strategies.

8. Liability

TIXIAN cannot be held liable for losses resulting from the User’s trading decisions or from malfunctions originating from third-party services.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the platform are the exclusive property of TIXIAN.

11. Suspension – Termination

In the event of a breach of these Terms or fraudulent use, TIXIAN may suspend or terminate the account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of [city].
