How does the subscription work?
It's actually very simple:

2: You create your account on our platform.
3: You gain access to our technology until your subscription expires.
Don’t worry — even if your subscription expires, you will still be able to log in, but you will no longer benefit from TIXIAN Connector nor TradingView–MT5 automation.

Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will keep access to our technology until its expiration.
Please note that we do not issue refunds! If you'd like to test with demo accounts, we recommend choosing the smallest plan (€14.90). But we’re quite sure that once you try it, you won’t want to stop using it! 🙂
What should I do once my subscription is activated?
Once subscribed, you gain access to our knowledge base.
It will guide you step-by-step through the setup of our TradingView–MT5 automation technology.
It usually takes less than 10 minutes if your MT4/MT5 and TradingView accounts are already ready.
How many accounts can I have?
It depends on your needs — you can have up to 10 accounts!

Can we use symbol mapping?
Yes, absolutely! We need it too 🙂.
From your account management page, you can configure unlimited symbol mapping per account. And if you duplicate an account, mappings are duplicated as well!
For those who don’t know what it is: imagine you trade EURUSD+ on MT4/MT5 while doing your analysis in EURUSD on TradingView. Symbol mapping makes that possible.
